Coastside News Group is a team of civic leaders focused on the preservation of committed to the preservation of local journalism. This group includes San Mateo County residents Lenny Mendonca, Rich Klein, Roy Salume, Susy Castoria and Kelly Hoffman-Davis.
PARTNERSHIP
X Sector Labs supported the team of civic leaders interested in preserving the Half Moon Bay Review as a community asset and locally-owned newspaper by quarterbacking the acquisition process, including building the business plan, securing financing (equity and debt), coordinating with lawyers and bankers, conducting due diligence, negotiating with the seller, and closing the deal.
